  • 1 kgcarrot
  • 300 gmsugar
  • As neededDry fruits For Garnished
  • 3-4Black cardamom

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut carrot into small pieces

  2. 2

    Put all carrot in a pan add add sungar in it

  3. 3

    Stay it for 1 night

  4. 4

    Next day then boil it

  5. 5

    While separating the fingers a thread looking susbtance should come out of chasni

  6. 6

    It's ready to serve
