Ingredients

  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1 tspsalt and turmeric powder
  • 1 pinchsugar
  • As neededoil

    Marinate the brinjals with salt and turmeric powder

    Now heat oil in a pan add brinjal add saute til light brown from both sides.
