    Peel your potatoes and cut into thin straight slices

    Transfer your sliced potatoes to a bowl and wash out all the starch

    Should look like this

    Sieve to drain out the water

    Pour oil into your frying and let it come to a medium heat, pour in your potatoes and fry for just 2mins. Ps:don’t congest the pan

    Lay tissue on a flat tray and transfer your blanch potatoes on it.

    Allow to cool down, change tissue and sprinkle enough corn flour over your potatoes.

    Store in a fridge for 2 hours

    Bring out and fry in medium heat oil until a lil brownish or your desired color and ENJOY
