First in a pan add oil and aesofotedia and cumin and mustard seeds and chopped green chilli...let it crackle now add dry Masala...then add boiled and mashed potatoes and crumbled paneer...add salt and mix well add chopped Coriander leaves

For slurry add 1 cup chickpea flour, turmeric powder and salt and water....it should be not to loose or thick

Take bread slices stuff potatoes and paneer mixture on top drizzle tomato sauce and cover with another slice...And now coat the pakoda in slurry and deep fry it...if you want you can add cheese slices too

Cut into slices and serve pakodas with ketchup
