In a pan heat oil add aesofotedia and chopped garlic and green chillies and turmeric powder and garam Masala....now add chopped potatoes and peas...add salt.....And cook till peas gets cooked and potatoes get softer....

Serve hot.. anytime...in winter it can be eaten as snacks or lunch or breakfast with chapati
