Green onion leaves, peas and potato curry

First deep fry all vegies and keep aside

Make gravy by adding onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic, tomato and beet

In a pan heat oil add aesofotedia cumin and mustard seeds and gravy and dry masalas and cook till oil separates

Now add water as per consistency add salt and let it boil

As the gravy boils add fried veggies and let it cook for another 10 minutes..

Serve it hot with paratha, roti, rice or baati....
