Greavy Manchurian with matar pulav
Steps

Mix all ingredients of manchurain balls and make small ball like lemon.deep fry in medium hot oil keep aside.

Take a wok, hsat it and add 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic saute 2.minute, add capsicum.and all spices, soya sauce and vinegar, mix well.

Now add water according to the greavy consistency.

Make slury of corn flour and add now and mix well.
- 5
Now add manchurian balls in wok coik 2 to 3 minute on low flame.
- 6
Serve it with matar pulav or plain rice.
