Ingredients

  • For gravy manchurian
  • 1 cupcabbage grated
  • 1/2 cupcarrot grated
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupcauliflower chopped
  • 4 tbspcorn flour
  • 2 pinchred food colour
  • to tasteSakt and red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • For gravy
  • 2 tspchopped garlic
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients of manchurain balls and make small ball like lemon.deep fry in medium hot oil keep aside.

  2. 2

    Take a wok, hsat it and add 1 tbsp oil, add chopped garlic saute 2.minute, add capsicum.and all spices, soya sauce and vinegar, mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add water according to the greavy consistency.

  4. 4

    Make slury of corn flour and add now and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add manchurian balls in wok coik 2 to 3 minute on low flame.

  6. 6

    Serve it with matar pulav or plain rice.
