  1. 100 gsprouts
  2. 1stem of broccoli
  3. 10mushrooms
  4. 1pepper
  5. Frozen onion
  6. 1 teaspooncumin
  7. 2 teaspoonschilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  9. 1 teaspoonground coriander
  10. 2 clovesgarlic
  11. 1 tinchickpeas
  12. 1 tincoconut milk

  1. 1

    Chop the veg and fry in a large pan with olive oil until soft.

    Add the onions and spices.

    Add peppers, mushrooms and mix through well.

    Add chickpeas and coconut milk, stir through and turn down the heat, allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice, couscous or on a jacket potato.
