Ingredients

40_60 minutes
4_6 servings
  • 1/2 kgfull cream milk
  • 2bread slices
  • 2 tspvanilla custard powder
  • to tastesugar according
  • 1-2 tspgreen cardamoms
  • Few almonds

Steps

40_60 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan with green cardamoms.

    Take water in a bowl & dip the bread slices.

    Take them out & squeeze them.put them in a grinder.

    Add 1/2 cup of milk in it.

    Grind till it becomes a smooth paste.

    Now add this paste to the boiling milk.

    Stir continuously to avoid lumps.

    Add 1 tsp of vanilla custard in a bowl.

    Make a smooth paste with the help of milk.

    Now add this paste to the already boilng milk.

    Stir continuously till it become little thick.

    Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

    Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

    Put it in serving bowl or kulhar. Garnish with almonds & serve cold.
