Ingredients

  • 2 cupsblanched palak puree
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbsp desi ghee
  • 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • 1 tbspkasoori methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee add all ingredients except cream cook for 10 minutes on low flame along with 1 cup water

  2. 2

    When it starts to get thick add cream and off the flame

  3. 3

    Cool a bit and serve with roti and bread
