Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the broccoli in vinegar water to kill gems

  2. 2

    Place the clean broccoli in a steamer or steaming pot and steam for 4 minutes then sprinkle in black pepper and salt and drizzle some olive oil in and toss properly

  3. 3

    Remove from steam and serve
