Ingredients

  • 250 gmgazar chopped
  • 250 gmsingri (raddish beans)
  • salt to tste
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add gazar and singri mix and fry for a minute

  2. 2

    Add spices except garam masala and dry mango powder

  3. 3

    Cook till both get soft

  4. 4

    Now add garam masala and dry mango powder stir and mix and serve with paratha
