  • Onion powder
  • Milk
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs in a bowl and Add all the ingredients and whisk till well combined

    Dip the bread in to the egg mixture and fry on a medium heat.
