Ingredients

  • 500 gmamla
  • 1 tbspfive spices
  • to tasteSalt and chilli
  • 2 tspturmetic
  • 5 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil amla and deseed it

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil add five spices,add amla and salt,chilli, turmeric

  3. 3

    Give a stir and cook only 1 minute

  4. 4

    Cool it and pour oil more if needed,it should be sink in oil completely to avoid fungi

  5. 5

    It's ready
