Dhokla stuffed Red Capsicum

Prepare the dhokla batter adding coriander leaves green chilli

Cut the top of the capsicum and apply salt and little oil

Fill capsicum with dhokla batter
put it in a microwave dish.

Add water in another microwave dish and put capsicum dish in it.
cover it with cling film. - 5
Microwave for 15 minutes.or till the dhokla fully set.
apply little oil outside capsicum and microwave for 5miutes. - 6
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. when cracked add curry leaves and green chilli. sauté for 1-2miutes

Apply on the top of the capsicum.
cut into desired pieces and eat with green chutney - 8
My Tip:
Capsicum can be cut into two pieces and fill the batter it is easy and cook fast
