Ingredients

  • 200gmoong dal
  • 100gPalok paste
  • half teaspoonSalt for taste
  • one teaspoonJeera and dhania powder
  • Refine oil and ghee
  • one tablespoonPlain curd

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add the moong powder with palok paste.

  2. 2

    Add the salt, jeera and dhania powder.

  3. 3

    Mix well it's.

  4. 4

    Now add the curd and mix well it's.

  5. 5

    Now add the refine oil 3 teaspoons and mix well it's.

  6. 6

    Now all are mix well and make a soft dough.

  7. 7

    Rest in 5 minutes with cover for set.

  8. 8

    After five minutes the dough make some balls and like a roll and spread ghee one side.

  9. 9

    Now the roll again make a boll and press well by hand like a paratha.

  10. 10

    Now take a tawa (tava) and heat in gas stove.

  11. 11

    Put the paratha to roast with ghee one by one side in medium heat.

  12. 12

    When it's roast well like a brown colour then take out from tawa and keep the plate.

  13. 13

    Serve it hot with chutney, tomato sauce and ghee also. I used tomato sauce.
