Take a bowl and add the moong powder with palok paste.

Add the salt, jeera and dhania powder.

Now all are mix well and make a soft dough.

Rest in 5 minutes with cover for set.

After five minutes the dough make some balls and like a roll and spread ghee one side.

Now the roll again make a boll and press well by hand like a paratha.

Now take a tawa (tava) and heat in gas stove.

Put the paratha to roast with ghee one by one side in medium heat.

When it's roast well like a brown colour then take out from tawa and keep the plate.

Serve it hot with chutney, tomato sauce and ghee also. I used tomato sauce.
