Steps

Place a refiend flour or Maida in a bowl, make a well in the center, add pinch of salt and little bit of oil and mix.

Add lukewarm water and knead into a dough.

Cover and rest for 10-15 min to rise.

Boiled the green peas with green chilli and pinch of salt.

In mixer grinder add boiled peas and chilli and make a smooth paste.

Heat little bit oil in a pan add kalonji and then add ginger paste,salt,cumin powder, coriander powder and saute.

Then add green peas paste and saute. Make it dry and smooth paste.

Divide the dough into small equal portions. Press a portion of the dough flat on a rolling board and roll out.

Using little plain flour for rolling. Add the green peas paste on the center and again roll it on round shape like puri.

Heat oil in a deep pan and add the puri and fry it.

Serve hot with Bengali Aaloo dum.
