Wash, chopped, spinach leaves and grind in mixer jar to make smooth paste.(If needed add 1-2 tbsp water). In mixing bowl add besan, spinach paste, turmeric powder, cummin seeds and salt...mix together to make semi thick batter.

Dip leftover bread edges in spinach- besan batter,drop in hot oil,deep fry on medium flame till golden brown in colour.

Relish/ serve Spinach Sticks with hot tea/coffee.
