Ingredients

  • 250 gmfish pieces
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • red chilli to taste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspmustard paste
  • oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish pieces and marinate with salt and turmeric and lemon juice

  2. 2

    Shallow fry them in hot oil and keep aside

  3. 3

    Heat oil add cumin and mustard sauce along with spices cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add fish pieces and little water and cook for another 2 minutes and serve with rice
