First of all soaked dal for 1,2 hour then wash and grind well put into salt and green chilli...prepare like dosa better

For stuffing: heat a pan then add oil and put into onion fry till golden brown then add all veggies then saute...add oregano,Black pepper,salt and mix well

Take dosa tava...spread better..flip and cook until brown spot then spread all veggies and cream

Fold both side and serve hot
