Keep all ingredients ready before we start to make papdi.

Heat deep kadhai pour ghee

Add flour onto kadhai and lightly roast it.

Keep frying untip flour turns light brown rcolour and gives nice aroma.

Mean while grind kaju,peanuts make rough powder then add sesame,dryfruits,ground rough powder.

Add gud, cardamon powder on it keep mix well

For moisture to make papdi add milk keep mix up when it leaves kadhai.

Transfer rectangle shape tray grease apply on base.Spread equally sprinkle grated coconut on top,leave 10 mins then cut into desired shape.

Cut pieces wrap a paper ready to serve
