Steps

First peel and cut garadu into thin round pieces or you can slice them with slicer.

Fry them in hot oil until little soft.

Now in a bowl add all ingredients of batter and mix well,make batter using required water.

Now dip each garadu piece in batter, drop in hot oil one by one and fry until nice golden.

Sprinkle some garadu masala and serve hot with green chutney or with tomato sauce.
