Steps

Matinate the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder for 30 minutes

Heat oil and fry the Onions chopped

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Now add the Potatoes and saute adding salt and turmeric powder

As the Potatoes are golden brown add marinated chicken pieces and saute on low flame,cover it

As the chicken pieces are soft add kashmiri mirch powder and tomatoes

Saute till oil separates,add hot water and simmer
- 8
Finally add sugar and garam masala powder and serve
