Til Rabdi In Nutty Dates Cups

For Rabdi:- Take a Kadai put milk and boil it till it becomes 1/4 in quantity and remove the malai from the milk and store on the sides of kadai

Now add sugar and stir well

Now Roast the til for 3-4 minutes and grind it

Now add til in Rabdi and cook for 4 -5 mins rabdi is Ready

Now put in refrigerator for chilling

For Nutty Dates Cups :- chop dates and grind it and keep aside

Now roast the nuts and then grind it and keep aside

Now take a pan put ghee and add dates and stir it and add chopped nuts and sugar and stir it again and take it out in a bowl

Now take a cup molds and apply ghee and pour dates mixture and spread properly and put in refrigerator to set

Once the cups are set take them out of refrigerator and unmold them
Cups are ready - 11
Now put Rabdi in cups and Serve chilled
