Take cooker add chana, onion, tomato, all spices, water and cook for 1 whistle on high flame then 30 min on slow flame. After that add paneer, chaat masala and cook for few min then add lemon and corrinder leaves..

For bature - Take maida add salt,sugar, yogurt, baking powder and make dough and keep it for 1 hrs then roll out into an oval or round shape. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry both sides till slightly golden brown.

Garnish chole with onion, lemon and corrinder leaves and serve with bature..
