Ingredients

2 bunchesparsley, washed and very finely chopped
3tomatoes, chopped
1small onion or 1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cupfine bulgur, washed and soaked (about 40 grams)
2lemons
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Salt

Mix the parsley, onion, tomatoes, and bulgur together.

Add about 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt to taste, and the juice of about 2 lemons, or adjust the lemon juice to your taste.
