  1. 1/4 cuplemon skin pealed
  2. 1 tbsp+1 tsp chamomile tea
  3. 4 cupswater
  4. Mint

    Place water and lemon skin, pith removed in a pot. Bring to a boil, turn off heat and add chamomile tea. Steep for 5-6 minutes. Strain over ice. Garnish with mint.
