Steps

Prepare chaat by assembling katori in a plate.

In a bowl take 1 cup boiled chickpeas. also add 1 chopped boiled potato.

Sprinkle 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tbsp salt or add as required.

Mix very well.

Fill the katori with the boiled chana and potato mixture and also add chopped onion and tomatos.

Now top with some beaten curd, sweet tamarind chutney and green chutney.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and salt as per taste.

Add some sev

Lastly garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
