Break eggs in a bowl, add chopped onions and pepper, add salt to taste, whisk together and fry flat in a frying pan greased with little veg oil. Set aside!

Put hot water in a cup, add Milo, add milk, add sugar... Stir together. Your tea is ready!

Serve the fried eggs with some slices of bread, baked beans and a hot cup of tea. Enjoy, your perfect breakfast is ready!
