Steps

Cut paneer and potato into small cubes.

Add oil in a pan.Add pinch of salt,turmeric to paneer and potato. Fry potato well.Shallow fry paneer.

Add cumin seeds to oil. Add bay leaf,dry red chilli and cardamom and then add cumin seeds. Add ginger chilli paste. Add curd. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cumin powder. Add potato.Add salt,turmeric powder. Cook for4 minutes in low flame.

Add 2 cups of water. Let it boil. Add paneer. Cook for 3 minutes. Add garam masala powder.
