Take the fish in a bowl add salt and turmeric powder, chilli powder and little oil mix them with hand and keep aside for 10 mint to marinate

Now make a paste garlic, onion and mustard seed together

Now heat the pan put mustard oil in it put the marinated fish in to the pan and fry it well take out in the plate

Now in the pan add oil let it heat,add fenugreek seeds,cumin,bay leaves and red chilli now put the paste add turmeric powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder or cumin powder mix it well add tomatoes and saute and add salt and mix it well now put the fried fish into the paste and mix well and add some water let it Cook for 5-10mints

Now fish curry is ready take out in a bowl garnish with green chilli and onion
