1chicken (sliced and preboiled)
2tbps honey
1big onion
1tspn parsley
1tspn coriander powder
1tspn mixed spices
1tspn salt
2caps cooking oil

Cut onions into small pieces.

Add cooking oil,parsley,coriander, mixed spices and salt and mix.

Add honey to the mixture.

Coat the chicken pieces with the mixture.

While putting them nicely in an aluminum foil.

Wrap the meat very well.

Put in a preheated oven on the middle rack and bake for 45-50mins

Then open the foil up and move the tray to the uppermost rack and switch the knob from baking to roasting.

Roast for 15-20 mins.
