Spicy red chicken curry

Marinate chicken with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,salt,curd,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder

Keep aside for 30 mins.

Soak whole red chilli in water for 15 mins and make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan

Add onion and fry until transparent.

Add marinated chicken pieces and cook in a low flame for 4 - 5 mins.

Add red chilli paste and one cup of water and cover it and cook in a slow flame for 20 mins.

Turn off the flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice
