Steps

Peel and wash your potatoes

Slice,drain the potatoes and sprinkle Little salt

Put pan on fire, pour oil and some slices of onions

When hot, take away the onions, pour the potatoes and deep fry it

When crispy, remove and put in a colander to drain the oil
- 6
Then break your eggs, put onions, and any seasoning,don't whisk it, then fry.

Serve with sprinkles of dried Pepper,stew or any sauce of your choice along with tea.
