Ingredients

  • 2potato diced
  • 1 bowlboil bathu
  • 2finely chopped inki
  • 2finely chopped tomato
  • to tasteSakt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspamchoor powder
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan fried all potato pieces and keep a side.

  2. 2

    Now heat oil in a pan saute onion and tomato, add all spice and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add boil bathu and fried potato and mix again.

  4. 4

    Sabji is ready serve with paratha or chapati.
