Bring apple cider vinegar to boil until reduced in half around 10 minutes

Add butter, salt and half cup of the icing sugar, stir until well combined

Simmer mixture until it bubbles
- 4
Once it has thickened remove from the heat.

If you want a more thicker mixture, add the remaining half cup icing sugar and stir well
- 6
Use as desired or store in fridge for later use
