  1. 7 ouncessmoked sausage
  2. 4medium potatoes unpeeled
  3. 1green pepper diced
  4. 1 tspPaprika
  5. 1 tspminced garlic
  6. 1/2 tspbasil
  7. 1/2 cupmilk
  8. to tasteSalt & pepper
  9. 1 tbsolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop potatoes, chop green pepper add to pan with olive oil

  2. 2

    Let cook 10 minutes on low add the rest of the ingredients. Cook until potatoes are tender.

    Enjoy a delicious fast meal
