Ingredients

  • 4red tomatoes Chopped
  • 1medium size chopped potatoes
  • 1/2chopped Capsicum
  • 1medium size chopped potato
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 4garlic clove
  • 1bay leaf
  • 1/2chopped onion
  • 5-6black pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 spoonbutter
  • 2 spoonsfresh cream
  • SomeCoriander or mint leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Heat butter in a Kadhai on medium flame.

  3. 3

    Add bay leaf, onion and garlic cloves saute for 30 seconds

  4. 4

    Add black pepper and all vegetables,salt 1 cup water mix well,cook on medium flame,cook until vegetables turn soft

  5. 5

    Remove from flame and cool down at room temperature.

  6. 6

    Keep aside bay leaf and grind all the vegetables in a grinder to make puree.

  7. 7

    Cook once again for 2 or 3 minutes you can keep the texture thick or thin as preferred.

  8. 8

    Serve hot soup with fresh cream and crunchy bread cubes.
