Tomato soup
Steps

Wash and cut all vegetables.

Heat butter in a Kadhai on medium flame.

Add bay leaf, onion and garlic cloves saute for 30 seconds

Add black pepper and all vegetables,salt 1 cup water mix well,cook on medium flame,cook until vegetables turn soft

Remove from flame and cool down at room temperature.

Keep aside bay leaf and grind all the vegetables in a grinder to make puree.

Cook once again for 2 or 3 minutes you can keep the texture thick or thin as preferred.

Serve hot soup with fresh cream and crunchy bread cubes.
