Take a wok heat oil add cauliflower and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder.

Add asafoetida, dry mango powder, fengureek leaves mix well and keep aside

Take a bowl put whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water make a dough

Now take a ball of dough fill the cauliflower mix in the center and cover the ball

Roll paratha with rolling pin

Shallow fry on hot griddle / tava with oil

Both sides are well cooked then serve hot with kadhi
