Steps

Heat oil and fry the Potatoes and eggs adding salt and turmeric powder,keep aside

Now add cumin seed bay leaf

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well

Add onion chopped and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add cumin powder and red chilli Powder and mix

Add tomato chopped and saute till oil separates

Add eggs and tomatoes and saute

Add water and simmer till the Potatoes are soft

Add sugar and garam masala powder serve it with rice
