Ingredients

  • 1 bowlleft over white rice
  • Grated carrots
  • Oil
  • Seasonings
  • Grated pepper
  • Sliced egg and cucumber for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and chopped onions add your carrots stir for a min. Add seasonings

  2. 2

    Pour the rice and stir. Add the chopped pepper and stir. Add your parsley. In a some secs your rice is ready

  3. 3

    Plate it and garnish with slice eeg and Cucumber.

I love this dish Cox it's don't allow wastage of food. And it very easy to prepare.
