Pan Seared Salmon
Goal was to create a simple and quick recipe for a great savory Salmon dish. With a good skillet the cook time will be very consistent and the Salmon will be moist with a nice crust. I have prepared this dish with non-stick and stainless steel pans, but i prefer the stainless. Cooking is more even and gets a better crunch texture.
