Take a pan Heat it,

Put ghee in it.

Add crushed gud in it

Let it boil.keep stiring continuesly.neither it will be burn.

When it's bubbles get full of pan.

Check it is ready to mix.

Put a drop of melted gud in the normal water and after 1 miniute take it out.

If it is easily break it means it is ready to mix.

Mix roasted moongfali in this mixture very well.

Take it out in the greased plate.

Spred it in the whole area or what thickness you want.

Make marks on the up side with the help of knife. So that when it gets dry we can easily take it out.
