Steps

Cut the all veggies.

Add besan in a wok dry roast the besan and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the all veggies and keep aside.

Now heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds when crackle add all spices and roast it.

Now add roasted besan and 4 Cups water and boiled it.

Cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

Add deep fried veggies and tamarind pulp and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with rice and garnish with green coriander
