  1. 200 gmargarine
  2. 200 gsugar
  3. teaspoonLemon zest(1)
  4. 400 gself raising flour
  5. 4egg
  6. lemon juice from squeezing a lemon

    Beat sugar and margarine till fluffy.

    Add the flour and fold in

    Add lemon juice.fold in and put in the greased baking tin.

    In your preheated oven bake at 175 degrees for 40 minutes or till knife come out clean

Yes when you beat the eggs well. You don't need the eggs. Plus you have the lemon juice.
