Ingredients

1cauliflower
1tomato
1 tspcumin seed
1bay leaf
1 tspginger paste
2green chillies chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Steps

1

Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies
2

Add ginger paste and saute well
3

Now add cauliflower florets and saute adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Cover until it gets soft
5

Remove the cover and fry well adding tomato
6

Add sugar and mix well and serve
