Steps

Wash and cut meat into thin fillet,put vegetable oil in a bowl add salt use cooking brush and rub it on the meat fillets.spread the suya spice and dab in it.

Make sure the spice covers the meat fillet well.cover for 1 hour let the spices enter very well.

Put on the oven and a medium heat and place on the rack to roast turn after 10mins for under to roast.bring out and rub vegetable oil on it then place back on the oven rack for another 15minutes.cut onion in big rings and enjoy.
