In a bowl add the milk first and add all the dry spices and mix. Then add the eggs and beat mixture well.add the onion and tomato and coriander leaves and mix.

In a non stick frying pan add the oil and heat it will then reduce the heat and add the egg mixture and cook on low heat until set on one side and flip it over on other side and cook for 1 minute. Or to your liking and your omelette is ready to be served.

Enjoy this with paratha or roti or bread. for breakfast or in a sandwich.
