Ingredients

  • 1 cupfresh groundnut
  • Halfcup of sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 pinchsalt to taste
  • Groundnut oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Break your egg in a clean bowl and add your sugar and salt, mix well

  2. 2

    In another bowl add your groundnut and add your egg mixture.

  3. 3

    Turn carefully and add your flour gradually till it coats with the groundnuts

  4. 4

    Leave it for about 10minutes and then fry..
