Ingredients

  • 2carrots
  • 1/2capsicum
  • 5-6french beans
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas
  • 100 gmpaneer cubed
  • 1 handfulcashew raisins
  • 1 tspgreen chillies chopped
  • 1Clove
  • 1green cardamom
  • 1"cinnamon
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add the chopped vegetables and saute well

  3. 3

    Add salt and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now remove cover and add panner, cashew-raisins

  5. 5

    Stir fry well adding sugar

  6. 6

    Serve it and enjoy
